FREE INDEPENDENT TRAVELER

Booking and payment
1) Once you have identified your preferred travel proposal click on the enquiry form and send us all the necessary details and information. Please feel free to add any comment or special request.
2) You can also contact us by filling-in and sending us an email under the „contact form“.
3) Once we receive your email we’ll revert back to you within 1 working day (monday-friday).
4) If you accept our offer and would like to book the travel package, we require a deposit payment (20%-30%) at the moment of confirmation and the balance between 20 to 40 days before the beginning of the travel (depending on the selected travel offer).
5) The payment must to be done by bank transfer and based on the invoice we’ll issue.
6) All bank charges (domestic and foreign) are to be paid by the client (applicable also in case of refund as well).
7) The client is responsible for all extra services provided by the hotel (minibar, phone, Pay-TV, laundry, health centre etc). The client must pay for these extra services directly to the hotel at the moment of the check-out or when required.
8) We reserve the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment.
9) Upon reception of the full payment, we will issue and send you our electronic vouchers confirming the reservation.
10) Booking requests can be accepted latest 10 days before the beginning of the travel. Last minute booking can be confirmed only in case of availability and a full advance payment.

Cancellations and bookings updates for travel packages
1) All cancellations and updates must be done via email (to info@balticlowcost.com)
2) Upon reception of your email we’ll revert back to you within 1 working day (monday-friday) confirming your updates. In case you do not receive any email from us, it means that we did not received your information therefore we kindly ask you to re-contact us again.
3) We reserve the right, in case of update and/or cancellation of confirmed booking, to charge a fee for the incurred services and costs (normally the fees are calculated in percentage of the booking value). The exact cancellation conditions will be specified in our confirmation depending on the selected travel package.
4) In general, cancellations notified up to 20 days prior to the start of the travel are free of charge and the client is entitled to the full refund except if a deposit has been required. Deposit is required as a guarantee and is never reimbursed. Special cancellation terms apply for our „Organised Tours“. For additional info please refer to the terms specified in the corresponding web pages.
5) If the cancellation is notified less than 20 days prior to the beginning of the travel, the client is entitled to a refund of 50% of the total travel package price. If the cancellation is notified less than 10 days prior to the beginning of the travel, the client is not entitled to any refund.
6) The date of notification is calculated from the moment we have received a written notification.
7) The date of notification is based on working days and calculated from Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 17.00 Estonian time GMT+2 (except public holidays).

Cancellations of booking for single travel services
1) Any cancellation notified up to 96 hours prior to arrival is free of charge and the client is entitled to the full reimbursement except if a deposit has been required. Deposit is required as a guarantee and is never reimbursed.
2) If the cancellation is notified less than 96 hours prior to arrival and/or in case of “no-show”, the client is not entitled to any refund.
3) The date of notification is calculated from the moment we have received a written notification.
4) The date of notification is based on working days and calculated from Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 17.00 Estonian time GMT+2 (except public holidays).


TOUR OPERATORS, TRAVEL AGENCIES, ASSOCIATIONS, CLUBS, PRIVATE AND INDEPENDENT GROUPS

Booking and payment
1) Get in touch with us via our website, email or by calling us and send us your request with all details.
2) Once we receive your email we’ll revert back to you within 1 working day (monday-friday).
3) We will be glad to discuss with you about further co-operation.
4) A deposit payment is required at the moment of the confirmation of the tour (the deposit amount is calculated as a percentage of the travel package price.
5) If not differently agreed, a deposit payment of 30% of the total package value is required at the time of the booking confirmation and the balance payment (70% of the total package value) is required 50 days prior to the start of the tour.
6) The payment must to be done by bank transfer and based on the invoice we’ll issue.
7) All bank charges (domestic and foreign) are to be paid by the client (applicable also in case of refund as well).
8) We reserve the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment.

Cancellation notified up to 50 days prior to the start of the tour is free of charge and customer is entitled to the full refund except the case where a deposit payment has been required. Deposit payment is required as a guarantee and is never reimbursed.

Cancellation notified less than 50 days prior to the start of the tour is subject to the following cancellation fee
-from 49 to 40 days : cancellation fee 40% of total package value
-from 39 to 35 days : cancellation fee 70% of total package value
-from 34 to 20 days : cancellation fee 90% of total package value
-Less than 19 days and “no-show” : cancellation fee 100% of total package value

The date of notification is calculated from the moment we have received a written notification.

The date of notification is based on working days and calculated from Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 17.00 Estonian time GMT+2 (except public holidays).

Updates of travel dates and group sizes reductions are considered as being cancellations, unless otherwise agreed in written form.

PRICES
All published prices include all local taxes. Visa (if required), insurances, flights tickets as well as any other cost not specified in the offer have to be paid by the client. Prices can be subject to variation without prior notice when events/reasons occur beyond our control.

FORCE MAJEURE
We do not bears any responsibility and liability in case of loss, strikes, accident, delay, sickness, acts of God, riot, war, fire, floods and any other event of force majeure or other issues beyond our control.

HOTEL ROOM AVAILABILITY
In the very infrequent event when the booked hotel can not provide the reserved room/rooms, the same hotel commits to relocate the client by finding a similar or upgraded rooming solution. We do not have any responsibility nor liability in case of this event and we are not liable of any costs, losses or damages arising from or connected with the relocation since such event is beyond our control.

TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITY
The client confirms that he or she is an adult of age and has the legal authority to book and buy our travel services and all the information supplied are correct and real.
By making a travel reservation with us, the client understands and accepts all terms and conditions specified in this page.
Before the trip, it is the client responsibility to make sure that he/she has a valid passport (or identity card), the Visa (if required) as well as the health and travel insurance.

WEBSITE CONTENT
We do our best to make sure that the contents in our website are accurate and complete.

Nevertheless we can not be liable for errors and/or omissions and we keep the right to change the published information at any time without prior notice.

We can not take responsibility for accommodation facilities, which are temporarily unavailable, under renovation or do not fullfill client wishes, as well as for any disturbance or inconvenience to the client beyond our control nor for accidents or losses caused by accommodation facility management or staff. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected in any hotel and these are beyond our control.
